Question 2. Does it elevate your physiological demand to a moderate or higher degree?
Question 3. Do you do it for a minimum of 150 minutes per week?
So, that’s the formula right there. It almost sounds too straight forward doesn’t it? Brilliant!
One of the most important things to acknowledge is that there is no better exercise than any other when it comes to managing pain and general health. So, you don’t need to feel bad for not liking the gym, or yoga, or pilates, or swimming…
We will often spend time with people designing individualised plans dependent upon fitness levels, general health, previous experiences, time availability and all manner of things. However, the centre of this planning process will always revolve around those first 3 questions.
Remember that we are all different, but we all need to move in whatever way makes sense for each of us.
